SEO for Denver businesses
Denver is the biggest, loudest search market in Colorado. That's exactly why the strategy that works here is different from everywhere else on the Front Range.
What makes Denver search competitive
In a metro of three million people, "SEO for Denver" is mostly a fiction. Nobody ranks across the whole city, and the businesses that try usually rank nowhere. The map pack a searcher sees in RiNo is different from the one in Wash Park, which is different from Cherry Creek, LoDo, or the Tech Center. Denver is really thirty local markets wearing one name, and the winners pick a neighborhood and dominate it before they expand.
The competitive structure follows the money. Cherry Creek and LoHi are saturated with polished sites and active review programs, especially in medical, dental, and legal. But the sheer size of the metro means whole service categories in whole quadrants are still won by whoever bothers to do the fundamentals: correct categories, consistent citations, steady reviews, and pages that actually answer what people ask. If your competitor outranks you in your own neighborhood, there's usually a findable reason.
Working with a Boulder-based consultant
I'm based in Boulder, about 35 to 45 minutes up US-36 from downtown Denver. In-person meetings anywhere from Union Station to the DTC are a normal part of the service area, and the actual work (rankings, content, technical fixes, AI visibility testing) doesn't care where either of us sits. What matters is that I geo-locate every ranking test to your neighborhood, not mine, so the results you see are the results your customers see.
One more Denver-specific note: because the metro is so large, I'll only take one client per industry per market area. Ranking two competing Highlands dentists isn't something anyone can honestly promise, so I don't try.
What I do for Denver businesses
I sell one thing: the SEO Audit Report. It measures where your Denver business actually shows up across the three places people look now, Google Maps, Google search results, and the answer an AI assistant gives when someone asks. Every number in it is measured rather than estimated, it is one-off rather than a retainer, and it comes with a free re-audit once you have made the fixes so you can see whether they landed.
I'll be straight with you: this is a young consultancy and I don't have a wall of Denver logos yet. The proof I do have is the Bone Voyage case study, where a rescue nonprofit went from a 0.9 domain rating to 62 and outranked Petfinder on national queries with zero paid advertising. Same methods, applied to your block.
